Removes dplyr::location() issue

• Addresses the issue described in Add globals #137
• Fixes CRAN notes described in Silence CRAN codetools NOTEs for globals 'id' and 'location' using rlang #140. This PR removes non-standard evaluation and instead declares global variables and imports functions from rlang, as in Silence CRAN codetools NOTEs for globals 'id' and 'location' using rlang #140, it reverts to base R code.
