This it to filter the example_2 package, which is the drivetrain from umrt-ros into it's own repo package. Hopefully this change can be made easier to be put into umrt-arm-ros-firmware to one huge package called umrt-ros2-control package or something like that
…ample_2 and ros2_control_demo_description, and made it it's own package similar to umrt-arm-ros-firmware, then organized it so that the project name would be changed from ros2_control_demo_descirption to umrt-drivetrain-ros. TBD if this works havent tested it.

…ing that has that has the project name to ?, with target_compule_features() being set to 17 even when we set it to 14 at the top, im not sure. I also added -fPIC as a compile option.

Removal of alot of xacro stuff, and transferred it into umrt-project-perry-descriptions
