academic-ai-service在线不等于 Ollama 已启用。OLLAMA_ENABLED=false时显示本地兜底模式是正常行为。- 启用 Ollama 后需要执行:

Historical package names, Docker service names and API paths may still contain academic-*, tianshi or similar compatibility names. They are intentionally kept to avoid breaking existing scripts, migrations and deployment paths.
