• Expand investment and recurring transaction CLI coverage.

• Adds holdings show and current list filters.
• Removes the stale non-existent holdings performance command.
• Adds securities and security price list/show commands.
• Adds trades create/update/delete with dry-run-first writes.
• Adds recurring transaction list/show/create/update/delete with dry-run-first writes.
• Escapes path parameters for the new investment/recurring routes.
