- 基于 Vue3 重构视频播放组件
- 添加 cw_video_library_v_3 组件库包，包含 CwVideoView 视频播放组件
- 配置项目构建工具链（Vite、TypeScript、Storybook、Vitest）
- 设置代码格式化与忽略规则（Prettier、EditorConfig、Gitignore）
- 添加组件 API 定义、单元测试和 Storybook 示例
- 更新工作区配置以支持新包的开发与构建
