Adds sorting to the repo list in submit view (integration), and adds exclusion of yet submitted repositories

Adds sorting to the list of repositories.

This PR adds two features to the submit via integration section:

1. It sorts the package names alphabetically which makes it more easy to navigate w/o the search feature.
2. It excludes yet existing packages from the list of submitable packages to avoid confusion.

Note: These features are tested with the bitbucket integration.
