Instructions for installing Stan for Python are given here: https://pystan.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation_beginner.html. The easiest way to do this is via Anaconda https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/user-guide/faq/. It is not recommended to add Anaconda to your PATH, instead follow the instructions in Anaconda FAQs
