It's been a very, very long while since this was last done. And since the builtins are now released on the reg it's acceptable to update uap-core from time to time, as long as one remembers to update the tox envs in order to run recent -builtins... End of month is definitely the worst time to do it since the builtins are cut at the start of the month *but* there's been no update to uap-core since feb 9 so there should be no issue unless I'm really unlucky and a maintainer sneaks in a merge in the next two days.
