Update tscircuit deps and remove Bun lockfile

Summary

• /claim Update dependencies (runframe, circuit-json etc.) to latest version and confirm vercel deployment works #79
• update the tscircuit/circuit-json dependency stack to the latest published package versions checked during this pass
• add explicit runtime deps for packages surfaced by the updated stack (circuit-to-svg,
  anoid) so Vite can resolve the production bundle
• remove the tracked �un.lock and ignore future Bun lockfiles while keeping �unfig.toml lockfile saving disabled

Verification

• npm.cmd install --no-package-lock --legacy-peer-deps
• npm.cmd run build
• npx.cmd --yes bun install --ignore-scripts
• confirmed no �un.lock, �un.lockb, or package-lock.json was generated
• git diff --check

Note: I used --ignore-scripts only for the Bun lockfile-generation check on Windows because the native sharp postinstall script fails in this local path with a C:\Program quoting issue. The production Vite build passes after reinstalling with npm without generating a lockfile.
