This revolution release finally add passing mode (however still highly experimental). Also, clicks will be ignored when a card is being thrown or beaten (i.e. still moves to its destination), because it caused some bugs in the past.

This release fixes the #34 issue (when the team play checkbox was inaccessible if Russian language is selected due to the long label text), and adds 2 following features:

1. When the player can throw cards or defends, the cards which cannot be used are greyed out (note: this currently is highly experimental and may not work as expected).
2. The game can be now played with stripped decks (24 (euchre deck), 32 (piquet/preference) or 36 (piquet deck with sixes) cards), as well as full 52-card deck.
