Tests use browser: :chrome which is pre-installed on ubuntu-latest runners, and selenium-manager handles chromedriver automatically. The chromium-browser apt install was unused and only slowing down CI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
