chore: refresh Agentic release dogfood

Summary

• rename the preferred dogfood release workflow from spores-release to agentic-release
• refresh release skills, on-ramp, and persona docs for the Agentic package identity
• extend post-publish registry validation to check both Bun and Node consumers
• record that npm Trusted Publishing is configured for @tnezdev/agentic, pending first tagged publish verification
