This PR introduces a GitHub Actions workflow to automatically build a draft PDF of the JOSS paper.
The workflow uses the
openjournals/openjournals-draft-actionto compilepaper.mdon every push. The resulting paper.pdf is then uploaded as a build artifact, allowing for easy review and ensuring an up-to-date version of the manuscript is always available.
