Summary: This PR improves the file navigation table so long schema/file names can wrap and the table can auto-adjust instead of forcing horizontal overflow.

• Removes the Bootstrap text-nowrap constraint from the “Name” column cell (while keeping font-monospace) in make_file_manager_row.
• Adds a sandbox schema with an intentionally very long name to exercise the new wrapping behavior.
• Updates headless/HTML sandbox manifests to include the new long-name schema fixtures.

Technical Notes: Only presentation/layout behavior is changed for the name cell; link targets and other columns remain unchanged.
