Expose SIP request and response counters with optional static carrier labels so Prometheus users can break down traffic without high-cardinality SIP fields.
Normalize unknown SIP request and CSeq methods to UNKNOWN so Prometheus labels stay low-cardinality.
Let operators extend the bounded SIP method label allowlist for vendor-specific methods without exposing arbitrary first-line tokens.
Document carrier and SIP method metric settings with a standalone JSON example for Prometheus configuration.
