Adds supercli — universal CLI runtime with 7,003 plugins. Agent-native discovery, deterministic JSON output, MCP support. Written in Zig + Node.js.
Fits the Zig section as the core binary (sc-zig) is written in Zig and the project is a CLI framework for routing commands.
