Add password manager endpoint hardening guide

Summary

• add an endpoint-security guide for hardening devices and browsers that can unlock a password manager
• cover device baseline controls, autofill and clipboard hygiene, phishing-resistant MFA, and lost-device response
• link the page from the endpoint-security index and Guides sidebar
