Updates:

• Refresh to get new indirect dependencies, to address CVE-2023-37788. It should be noted that devproxy2 does not use the library in MITM mode, but we consider it better to update than to be wrong.
• A sample file was added: devproxy.service.sample (for use with systemctl --user)
