Telegram Alert system for Pokemon Go based on FastPokeMaps.se's API

Instructions:

1. Get an API key to FPM
2. Get a bot token to Telegram.
3. Copy poke.json.example to poke.json
4. Change the fields to the keys and tokens you got.
5. Run pokedb_data.py to start the database
6. Run telegrambot.py for the notifications
7. Do the scans and feed the database (i.e. with poke.php)
