Corrected the installation instructions for clarity and consistency.
- Removed JSON handling for cities and streamlined the download process. - Added a new function to flatten cities from countries with states. - Updated the initial seeder to load data from the combined countries, states, and cities file.
Updated the download_location_data function to handle gzip compression for specific files. Added logic to create gzipped versions of files when required and ensured proper cleanup of raw files after download.
