Summary

Adds Length, Width, Height fields to ParcelParams and ParcelRequest
Dimensions are in centimeters, sent as strings matching the SendCloud API
Wired up in GetPayload() with the same omit-if-empty pattern as Weight

Test plan

Existing tests pass
Verify dimensions are sent correctly in a test parcel creation
