This is great, thanks @benibr. We had some machines stuck on an older RHEL version, so we were waiting to update the test images. Now that those machines have been upgraded, this was our next step. I'll pull in some changes from main and merge. |

This PR updates the Dockerfile to use rockylinux 9 images and dnf to install software.
If this is of interest and rocky8 support is still necessary I could also add the second rockylinux version to the matrix build.
Let me know how we could proceed.
