Adds env.ENABLE_CLAUDEAI_MCP_SERVERS, statusLine.refreshInterval, and skipDangerousModePermissionPrompt. Moves attribution block to the top. Drops the model default so the harness falls back to its own choice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
