- Replace sidebar with tabbed UI: Basic (heatmap + neighborhoods), Links (nodes/AP + connections + year slider), Zones (placeholder) - Enforce tab-based layer visibility via syncTabLayers fired on layers-ready event after style load - Remove Navigate To POI dropdown and Advanced Options panel - Add Docker/Jekyll dev setup with Ruby 3.2 and Gemfile
- Replace single year slider with dual-handle range slider (start + end year) - Update all map filters to filter by year range instead of upper bound only - Hide year slider on Services tab, show on Signal and Network tabs - Fly to neighborhood center (zoom 16) on Network tab, reset on others - Update network line layer colors to Option A palette for light basemap visibility
