feat 46(webapp): Simplify prompt-create and benchmark-run save options

Feature #46

Changes:

• Save options are now shown only when Extras is enabled in Settings.
• This applies on both prompt-create and benchmark-run pages.
• When extra's are disabled, UI shows details for default option and how to change it
