embeddings semconv has been added to 1.30.0 semconv as well.

Updated the PR to also bump the schema version because the embeddings instrumentation semconvs have been added in 1.30.0. |

This is more for discussion since this is a breaking change but would really like to have the generic attribute sent in the telemetry.
