Hey, did you manage to successfully test it with Ghostty? I found that this terminal emulator is really hard to control using outside scripts. Im running latest Ghostty version and wasn't able to run it successfully it just opens Ghostty without passing the command. |

Summary:
This PR adds support for Ghostty terminal emulator as a preferred terminal option in MiniSim. Users who have Ghostty installed will now see it as an available option in the preferences alongside Terminal, iTerm, and WezTerm.
