Fix ml service memory leak

Update g_mlops_node_table to use g_int64_hash and dynamic gint64 keys for 64-bit IDs.

This resolves a memory leak where ml_service_destroy failed to free pipeline nodes due to 64-bit IDs being truncated when used as hash table keys, preventing proper lookup and removal.
