Noticing that the workflow introduced in #4 did not really work as I expected it to do, this PR adds a couple of workflows which generate changelogs using a tool called
git-cliff, automatically creates new releases via a release PR, and publish the result to pub.dev.Currently, I am still waiting for an update of one particular GitHub Action; after the update, I am going to merge this PR (and hope that it works 🤞).
