This is my repo for storing the code for the book. If you want to download the original compressed tarballs from the author's site (or just check it out in general), use this link.
The code has two versions. A distribution version and a book version. According to the author, the distribution version includes extra material not shown in the book, and is likely the version you want. The book version is the code as it appears in the actual book.
Please refer to the README and BUILDING files (also packaged with the source code) for information about the code and how to compile it.
