Adds the ability to identify comment thread
Added ability to create multiple comment thread on one page.
Users with empty 'fullname' field couldn't send comments - ['name'] was empty.
Fixed bugs with text editor's show\hide on comment answer\change\create

До этого если на странице было несколько веток комментариев - то все изменения записывались в первую, для правильного отображения необходимо было перезагружать страницу. Теперь же все изменения записываются ajax'ом в корректную ветку комментариев на странице.
