This PR completes all assigned qualification issues across both the frontend and backend. It includes fixes for duplicate task submissions, orphaned submission records, and server-side session invalidation, along with an admin statistics dashboard, confirmation dialogs for destructive actions, and a redesigned Available Tasks discovery experience. All implemented changes were manually tested, backend lint was verified, and the frontend production build completed successfully.
