Remove the redundant syncPluginZip configuration creation from the buildscript block which caused a Gradle 9 failure: configurations cannot be added to the buildscript configuration container. The same configuration is already created at the top level of the script. Co-authored-by: Junie <junie@jetbrains.com>

A newer version of gradle-wrapper exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
