remote_url had become stale and was no longer accessible. The script as is writes an error message to the csv file. Updated to a new URL based on the following Fabric Community post: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Fabric-platform/Fabric-Data-Science-Tutorial-Sample-Data-not-accessible/m-p/4733793
