Additional updates to support a build pipeline.
updated csproj file to include the following tasks.
Added additional utility scripts
set-nuspecfile.ps1 will generate a nuspec file for the pacakge
update-versionnumber.ps1 will discover all the psd1 files in the build output location and place the version number that will be used the the build pipeline.
