• file to read data at every pixel
• file to check concave/convex
• file to generate convex model initial parameters
• file to generate the convex model
• file to generate the concave model

Ongoing tasks

• trying to improve the chisq values of convex model
• in the process of adding tests
• in the process of adding documentation
