ADP-1807 updated php unit to version 10.5
- Remove createGroup parameter and group creation logic from CloudWatch handler - Remove initializeGroup method and inline logic into initialize() - Update tests to remove all createGroup-related test cases - Remove describeLogGroups, createLogGroup, and putRetentionPolicy from mocks - Update PHPUnit configuration for PHPUnit 10.5 compatibility - Fix Monolog 3.x compatibility (LogRecord objects and Level enums) - Clean up code formatting and consistency
