Some fine-tuning with the "Alt" reset key, now not doing the annoying zoom it previously did.

• Scroll steps are now 3% instead of 5% for smoother throttle and brake control.
• Alt now resets throttle/brake directly to neutral.
• Brake response is more direct, while throttle still uses a gentle squared curve.
• The overlay was updated to match the in-game control logic exactly.
• Documentation was updated with clearer installation, controls, behavior, and feedback sections.

Why

Earlier experimental throttle memory/coast behavior was too fragile and could make the overlay show one thing while ETS2 did another. This release keeps the logic simple: one stored scroll value, one reset key, and matching behavior between controls.sii and the overlay.
