Summary

• Adds a Render button to the 1-Click Deploy card on /self-hosted-setup
• Uses the official Render logomark
• Links to https://render.com/deploy?repo=https://github.com/Lissy93/web-check (same as the README Option Dns values are missplaced #4 from Add Render as deploy Option 4 #319)

Test plan

• Open /self-hosted-setup and confirm Option fixed some styling bugs #2 shows Vercel, Netlify, and Render
• Confirm the Render icon matches the brand logomark
• Click Render and confirm it opens the Blueprint deploy flow for this repo
