Added documentation for two new Spotlight features: assigning owners to metrics using the spotlight.owner property, and controlling which dimensions appear in filter/segment dropdowns using filter_by and segment_by properties. These features help organize metrics with ownership and improve the exploration experience by curating available dimensions.
