chore: revise Lando usage guide with Orbstack instructions

This pull request updates and improves the documentation for using Lando with Orbstack.

The main changes clarify the setup steps, add instructions for fully removing Docker Desktop, and improve the migration and revert instructions for a smoother user experience.

Documentation improvements and clarifications:

• Reorganized and clarified the step-by-step setup instructions, including separating disabling Docker Desktop auto-start and adding a dedicated step for creating a symbolic link if Docker Desktop is removed.
• Added instructions for creating a symbolic link from OrbStack.app to Docker.app to allow Lando to work without Docker Desktop installed.
• Improved the explanation for container migration, clarifying that Orbstack will migrate containers automatically on lando start and providing a manual migration command.
• Updated the revert instructions for switching back to Docker Desktop to be more concise and user-friendly.
• Updated the timestamp in the documentation metadata to reflect the latest changes.
