Adds a "What's new" entry documenting the new optional per-instance
logging.hostTailers.instances[].namespaceHelm chart value. When set, it controls the namespace of each generated HostTailer custom resource (written to the resource'smetadata.namespace); when omitted, the HostTailer is created in the Helm release namespace, so the change is fully backward compatible. Includes a minimalinstancesYAML example showing the new key.The entry is placed under an "## Unreleased" heading because the change has merged (PR #2275, merged 2026-07-25) but is not yet part of any tagged release — the latest release is 6.7.0 and this fix sits ahead of it on master. Per the entry's own note, the heading should move to the version number once the change ships in a release (the open, dated "6.8" milestone is the likely target but is not yet explicitly assigned to the PR). No content change is needed until the release is cut.
