LSA v1.0.3 : Neural network layers sustainability analysis framework

The LSA framework has been updated.

Important changes included are:

• The representation tensors function is prepared
• Fix Pypi's issues and update the package

This is the first version of the LSA framework. This tool supports comparing two simultaneous representations using 'relative error'.
