MET4A

Setting up MET4A in Docker

  1. Make sure that Docker is installed and running (https://www.docker.com/get-started/).
  2. Click on the search bar in VSCode and type >DevContainers: Rebuild Container. This will set up a standard development environment with Python and other dependencies already set up so to make life all the more easier!
  3. If opening up a Jupyter notebook for the first time, click on Select Kernel > Jupyter Kernel... > Python (met4a-data-manager) or whichever preset kernel you want to use.
  4. Enjoy your met4a in Docker!

TO-DO:

  • Stitch smaller time records into a longer time series
  • Save it as a file
