Marketplace metadata refresh

Update the action's GitHub Marketplace metadata for publication:

• Rename the display name from "Run command in a Flox environment" to "Flox Activate". The previous name read as a description; Marketplace conventions favor short, brand-first identifiers.
• Rewrite the description in imperative voice with no trailing period, per Marketplace description conventions.
• Capitalize the Flox brand in author.
• Update the author: email from the outdated floxdev.com domain to flox.dev.

Also includes README hygiene: fix a broken intro sentence, bump actions/checkout@v3 → @v4 in the example, indent the step items in the example workflow, capitalize the example step name, and remove a stale internal TODO comment.

This is a metadata-only release. The action's runtime behavior, inputs, and outputs are unchanged. Existing workflows using flox/activate-action@vN continue to work without modification.
