Updated .github/workflows/release.yml to support Apple Silicon.

  • Pinned existing macOS build to macos-13 (Intel) to produce lanshare-macos-amd64.
  • Added new build job on macos-14 (Apple Silicon) to produce lanshare-macos-arm64.
