Added github actions to replace travis.
This action will run the gradlew assemble check on JDK 8 and 11 on Ubuntu 18.04, latest MacOS and Windows 2016.
Github actions are usually faster than travis, can handle up to 20 parallel jobs so it might be worth using it.
