⦁ create a working group (WG) on the behalf of the IMF User Group to define an IMF -Delivery Specification / IMF Schema XML document that accurately describes CPL constraints for delivery

⦁ The WG needs to asses the feasibility as well as set the limitations of the proposed specification

⦁ The WG reports to the IMF UG on the proceedings

⦁ The WG may suggest that the resulting definition should be taken to SMPTE 35pm for further work

⦁ The WG should not produce a new class of documents or specifications that lead to recursion among the existing documents or specifications.

⦁ The goal of the produced results is allow the unambiguous validation of an IMP by specifiying constraints.
