To install :
First ensure you have no previous version of this plugin installed : vagrant plugin uninstall vagrant-openstack-provider

Download the attached gem file and install with vagrant plugin install vagrant-openstack-provider-0.12.0-custom.gem

Configure by using os.ip_version = 4 in the Vagrantfile
