I ended up with this solution. An alternative could be to add this config to the project's config (config/packages/ibexa_admin_ui.yaml) using recipes though

In my opinion, this should go in
https://github.com/ibexa/recipes-dev/blob/master/ibexa/commerce/5.0/config/packages/ibexa.yaml#L120
and alongside Ibexa\Contracts\User\Notification\UserPasswordReset Notification there.
ibexa_admin_ui.yaml would be good place as well.

Email for forgotten password feature is not sent on 5.0
This is because the default fall-back for sending email via swift mailer in
PasswordReset::sendMessage()was removed in 5.0 and notifier subscriptions were never configured by default.For QA:
